No refunds or exchanges on Special Order items. All exchanges and returns must be in original, unused, resalable condition with original invoice. No refunds on repair or exchanged items. All exchanges and refunds must be made within 30 days of purchase and require prior authorization. To obtain authorization, please call (305) 629-9980 or e-mail us at sales@panteraguns.com. Defective merchandise is covered by the Manufacturer and subject to repair or exchange by the Manufacturer. We will gladly provide manufacturer's information. If there is an error in shipment, we will reship the correct product to you upon receipt of the wrong product.
